Implement ERP

After a first interview to define common targets, we continue workflow analysis through all departments. By that we gather important informations about your way of working. We create a report with a list of quick wins, mid term and long term improvements. In case of an ERP implementation we define togethter the specifications and guide you by the implementation process. We are cooperating with Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG and CERM as well. For commercial printing we recommend PRINECT, for label and packaging printing CERM.

Costs are related to the needed efforts and based on project plans. We offer a day osnite at € 1000, an hour online € 120 plus extra expenses.

A workflow analysis takes round about 2 to 3 days onsite. Out of experience a implementation takes in total 9 month. It is related to the complexity of the product portfolio and the cooperation of all team members.
